Therefore, it does not appear at the time of this application that
' there is a need for a trail easement on the west side of the river. Usable open
space may also be a conflicting use with the end-use of water storage depending
upon who will own the storage facility. This potential conflict cannot be
addressed at this time.

13.7 Noise, vibration, air pollution, or similar environmental
' considerations -
13.7.1 Noise -The only noise that will result form this proposal will
'' be that of the equipment utilized. The applicant will comply
with State noise standards at the property boundaries.
' Berms, as planned, will act to reduce noise to the west
during the mining phases.
' 13.7.2 Vibration -There will be no blasting or other vibration
generating activities connected with the proposal.
13.7.3 Air Pollution -The applicant is required to obtain an APEN
for the site from the State Department of Health and
' Environment. The current APEN will be modified to include
the additional parcels prior to mining operations at those
' parcels.
13.7.4 Other Similar Environmental Considerations -The
' property has been studied for other environmental
considerations. These include the presence of wetlands,
' Prebles Meadows-Jumping Mouse, and Utes Ladies-
Tresses.
