' Banks and Gesso, LLC
and that they are looking forward to the day when mining ceases. While this
proposal extends the mining for approximately 7 years, the plan allows for the
t start of reclamation on the southern half of the existing mine site (Parcel A-2).
The property owners to the west will begin to see a marked increase in
reclamation activities shortly.
' However, because the sand and gravel deposits exist where nature and geology
placed them, and because the deposits are protected by State Law, they are a
~' valuable commercial mineral deposit and the owners to the west will experience
' some continued inconvenience. Again, mining of this deposit is in conformance
with b
th th
Ad
d th
Cit
f B
ht
Pl
C
t
i
C
h
i
Th
o
e
ams
oun
e
y o
on
ompre
ens
ve
ans.
y an
r
g
e
' major inconvenience to these owners will be related to a continuance of truck
li
h
Ri
d
l
R
d t
th
rth
CAMAS C
d
Si
l
I
h
l
au
ng on
ver
a
e
oa
o
e no
nce
ora
nc.
as on
.
o
o,
y
' recently acquired the existing operations, it is not responsible for past actions by
h
i
S
l
I
l
k
i
t
e prev
ous mine operator. CAMA
Co
orado,
nc. wil
wor
th truck drivers
w
' entering and leaving the site to improve relations with the neighbors. The truck
route cannot change because of weight limitations to the south, however,
' CAMAS Colorado, Inc. will not increase truck traffic over the current levels.
' 13.0 RESTRICTIONS
Restrictions being proposed are for the subject property only. No changes to
' restrictions are enumerated here for the existing mine that is not the subject of
this Conditional Use Permit application.

The following restrictions are proposed for the subject property:
13.1 Hours of Operation -Mining and reclamation activities will be restricted
to between 6:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
' 13.2 Street and Road Capacity - As mentioned in the mine plan, material
from the new parcels will be conveyed to the existing plant to the north. No
' additional haul trucks will be leaving the plant site so trucking levels will remain
the same. Road capacity will not be affected beyond what is already approved.
1
Brighton Mine Conditional Use Permit 15 20007WD
' CAMAS Colorado, INC. May 2000
