route cannot change because of weight limitations to the south, however,

' 13.0 RESTRICTIONS
Restrictions being proposed are for the subject property only. No changes to
' restrictions are enumerated here for the existing mine that is not the subject of
this Conditional Use Permit application.

The following restrictions are proposed for the subject property:
13.1 Hours of Operation -Mining and reclamation activities will be restricted
to between 6:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
' 13.2 Street and Road Capacity - As mentioned in the mine plan, material
from the new parcels will be conveyed to the existing plant to the north. No
' additional haul trucks will be leaving the plant site so trucking levels will remain
the same. Road capacity will not be affected beyond what is already approved.
