DISTURBANCE TO THE PREVAILING HYDROLOGIC BALANCE AND A PLAN FOR <br />MODIFYING THE MONITORING PLAN IF NEEDED. THE MONITORING REPORT <br />SHALL BE ADEQUATE TO PLAN FOR MODIFICATION OF SURFACE OR <br />UNDERGROUND MINING ACTIVITIES, IF NECESSARY, TO MINIMIZE <br />DISTURBANCE TO THE PREVAILING HYDROLOGIC BALANCE. THE REPORT IS <br />DUE AUGUST 1, 1985. <br />Status - Terminated <br />This stipulation was terminated with the approval of Permit Renewal <br />O1, which incorporated the submittal of an Annual Hydrology Report. <br />The AHR includes all of the above items into pages 2.05.6-52 <br />through 2.05.6-54 and Exhibit 25 of the permit application. <br />VSTIPULATION N0. 8 <br />THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT A PLAN FOR MONITORING THE SUCCESS OF <br />REVEGETATION WITHIN 180 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE. <br />Status - In Compliance, Terminated <br />On January 29, 1985, a plan for monitoring revegetation was <br />submitted and on February 26, 1985 the plan was accepted. This was <br />incorporated into the new permit application with the approval of <br />Permit Renewal 1, November 27, 1989. <br />VSTIPULATION NO. 9 <br />THE OPERATOR SHALL POST AND MAINTAIN "STEEP SLOPE CAUTION SIGNS" <br />ALONG THE ACCESS ROAD TO THE REFUSE DUMP. TWO MONTHS PRIOR TO <br />ABANDONMENT AND RECLAMATION OF THE ACCESS ROAD, THE OPERATOR SHALL <br />SUBMIT APPROPRIATE GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY ANALYSIS TO DEMONSTRATE <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE STABILITY REQUIREMENTS OF RULES 4.03.2(3)(c)(i) <br />OR (d)(viii); OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE OPERATOR SHALL SUBMIT A <br />PROPOSED RECLAIMED CONFIGURATION WITH APPROPRIATE STABILITY <br />ANALYSES TO DEMONSTRATE CONFORMANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF RULE <br />4.03.2(7). <br />Status - In compliance, Future Submittals <br />The sign is posted. Stability analyses will be performed prior to <br />reclamation of the site. <br />~ STIPULATION N0. 10 <br />THE DIVISION DIRECTS ENERGY FUELS COAL, INC. TO MONITOR THE <br />LOCATION AND ORIENTATION OF THE THOMPSON RANCH STRUCTURES. THE <br />APPLICANT SHALL SURVEY THESE STRUCTURES ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. <br />4 <br />
