STIPULATION NO. 19 <br />SUBMIT REVISED MAPS AND PAGES FOR <br />ADDRESSES MINE YARD MODIFICATION. <br />18, 19, 20, AND PAGE 2.05.3-41R. <br />MINOR REVISION 22. REVISION <br />SUBMITTAL SHOULD INCLUDE MAPS <br />Status - Terminated <br />Stipulation 19 was generated with the issuance of field Minor <br />Revision 22. Revised maps and text were submitted November 2, <br />1992. <br />Stipulation No. 20 <br />THE MINE OPERATOR WILL SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION BY JANUARY 31, <br />1994, A COPY OF THE PERMIT APPLICATION TO THE STATE <br />ENGINEERS'S OFFICE REQUESTING REVIEW OF A RENEWED APPLICATION <br />FOR THE NORTH DEWATERING WELL; <br />AND <br />THE OPERATOR WILL OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR THE NORTH DEWATERING <br />WELL FROM THE STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE BY MAY 30, 1994, WHICH <br />WILL INCLUDE APPROVAL BY THE TWO OWNERS OF WELLS WITHIN 600 <br />FEET OF THE NORTH DEWATERING WELL FOR CONTINUED PUMPING OF <br />WATER, AND AN EVAPORATIVE LOSS AUGMENTATION PLAN TO BE <br />APPROVED BY THE STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE, <br />OR <br />AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO PERMIT APPLICATION AND APPROVAL, THE <br />OPERATOR WILL BY JANUARY 31, 1994 COMMIT TO CLOSED-LOOP RETURN <br />OF MINE DEWATERING FLOWS TO UNDERGROUND WORKINGS, ELIMINATING <br />EVAPORATIVE LOSSES AND PROVIDING FOR DIRECT RECHARGE TO THE <br />GROUNDWATER SYSTEM. <br />Status - Terminated <br />The operator re-opened the file with the State Engineer's office in <br />January, and notified the Division of the fact in early February <br />1994. Originally the operator pursued the first option but decided <br />on the second, a closed-loop system with the submittal of Technical <br />Revision No.19, received June 16, 1994. <br />Stipulation No. 21 <br />THE OPERATOR WILL PROVIDE BY DECEMBER 31, 1993 AN EXPLANATION FOR <br />THE DATA INDICATING 27-29 DEGREES FOR AN ANGLE OF DRAW FOUND IN THE <br />1991 MAY-OCTOBER SUBSIDENCE REPORT, AND AS PART OF THE EXPLANATION, <br />PROVIDE TO THE DIVISION BY DECEMBER 31, 1993, APPROPRIATE <br />DOCUMENTATION ACCOMPANIED WITH AN EXPLANATION OF THE ERROR BY THE <br />SURVEYOR THAT THE DATA IS THE RESULT OF SURVEY ERROR AND NOT <br />MEASURED SUBSIDENCE. <br />9 <br />
