2004 Midterm Review <br />In compliance. A reclamation bond in the amount of $43,200 is in effect (Wells Fargo Bank <br />West N.A., 0133666870). See Section VI below. <br />Rule 3.02.2(4) Reclamation Cost Estimate <br />A revised, as of December 22, 2003, cost estimate for remaining reclamation work is $38,200. <br />See Section VI below. <br />Rule 4.01 General Provisions (Performance Standazds) <br />In compliance. <br />Rule 4.02 Signs and Markers <br />1n compliance.
