There aze no public pazks or historic places in or neaz the permit <br />azea (PAP page 4-86). <br />Rule 2.05.6(5) Surface Mining neaz Underground Mining <br />In compliance by exception. There is no surface mining in the vicinity of the permit azea. <br />Rule 2.05.6(6) Subsidence <br />In compliance. A control plan was permitted (PAP page 4-87). However, premature closure <br />negated the need. <br />Rule 2.06 Special Categories of Mining <br />In compliance by exception. There aze no requirements for permits for special categories of <br />mining. <br />Rule 2.07 Public Participation <br />This review considers no revision application. Any revision application in response to the <br />suggestions and recommendations of this review would be, as have past applications, in <br />compliance with this Rule. <br />Rule 2.08 Permit Review, Revisions and Renewals and Transfer, Sale and Assignment <br />This review is an affirmative periodic review of a permit previously issued by the Division (Rule <br />2.08.1(1), and fulfills the requirements of Rule 2.08.3. <br />Rule 2.09 Small Operator Assistance Program <br />This review is not applicable to the small operator assistance program. <br />Rule 2.10 Maps and Plans <br />In compliance. A Permit Area Map (Surface Ownership) is in the PAP as Figure 2.1-1.
