The climate at the mine site is typical alpine (see <br />PAP pages 3-50 through3-53. Average annual precipitation is just over 16 inches. <br />Rule 2.04.9 Soils Resource Information <br />Incompliance. See pages 3-54 through 3-61 of the PAP. <br />Rule 2.04.10 Vegetation Information <br />In compliance. See pages 3-62 through 3-74 of the PAP. Vegetation types of the surface facilities <br />azea of the Permit were sagebmsh and irrigated hayland. <br />Rule 2.04.11 Fish and Wildlife Resources Information <br />Incompliance. The Permit azea is within the range of four <br />mammal, four bird, and five fish species classified as threatened and endangered by the Federal <br />Government (1980) (PAP page 3-89).
