Page 28 <br />Construction Materials Rule 1 <br />(2) In the event-the Office receives an objection within twenty (20) <br />calendar days of the last day of publication and in accordance with this. Section <br />1.7, it shall set the application for a hearing before the Board, and schedule an <br />. Informal Conference as provided in Subsection 1.4.6. <br />110(7) <br />u2~~) 1.8 AMENDMENTS AND TECHNICAL REVISIONS TO A PERMIT <br />APPLICATION <br />1.8.1 General Provisions <br />(1) An Applicant may amend or make technical revisions to, ati <br />application for a permit under consideration by the Office by filing a copy of <br />such amendment or technical revision with the Office and with the County <br />Clerk and Recorder. <br />(2) The Applicant shall also provide the Office with an affidavit or <br />receipt demonstrating that the amendment or technical revision was placed <br />with the County Clerk and Recorder not later than the close of business on the <br />day the amendment or technical revision was filed with the Office. <br />(3) Any amendment or technical revision to an application-shall <br />constitute a new filing for the sole purposes of determining the date for the <br />consideration of the application by the Office, and for the deadline for a fitial <br />decision on the application. <br />(4) If the Office determines that additional information. is submitted <br />by the Applicant for the purpose of detailing, clarifying or explaining any part <br />of the application, whether at the request of the Office.or otherwise, then such <br />additional information shall not constitute a change or an addition resulting in <br />an amendment or technical revision to the application. <br />(5) If the Operator notifies the Office of a proposed change in post- <br />mining land use, the Office shall decide whether such change in post-mining <br />land use requires a change in the- Reclamation Plan and whether such change <br />shall, require a Technical Revision or Permit Amendment. <br />(6) Within five (5) working days of the filing of an amendment or <br />technical revision to an application, the Office shall set a new date for the <br />
