Page 27 <br />Construction Materials Rule 1 <br />(3) The Office shall take such statement(s) and any response from <br />the Operator into account in the review of the pemrit, amendment, <br />modification or revision, but shall approve or deny the application within the <br />,appropriate specified time after the application has been filed. Notice of such <br />decision shall be given to the Operator and to any person submitting a <br />statement in accordance with this Section 1.7: <br />1.7.2 Specific Provisions, -Limited Impact 110 Operations and 110(6) <br />County Composite Operations <br />(1) Comments shall be submitted in accordance with Paragraph <br />1.7.1. <br />(2) To be considered, such statements must be received by the <br />Office within ten (10) days after .the last date of the Applicant's newspaper <br />publication. <br />(3) Upon consideration, the Office shall approve or deny the <br />application within the thirty (30) days after the application has been filed. <br />1.7.3 Specific Provisions -Special 111 Operations <br />(1) Comments, to be considered, must be received by the Office <br />within five (5) working days after the application has been filed. <br />(2) -Upon consideration, [he Office shall approve or deny the <br />application within the.fifteen (15) calendar days after the application has been <br />filed. <br />(3) Objections to final decisions by the Office shall. be handled <br />according to the procedures outlined for Limited Impact 110 Pemuts, <br />specifically 1?azagraph 1.4.2(4). <br />1.7.4 Specific Provisions -Regular 112 Operations <br />(1) Corments shall be submitted in accordance with Subsections <br />1.7.1 and 1.7.4. <br />
