Page 26 <br />Construction Materials Rule <br />(3) The Public Notice, as required in Subparagraph 1.6.2.(1)(d)', <br />shall be published once. <br />1.6.4 Specific Provisions -Special 111 Operations <br />The Office shall, upon filing, give notice by the most expeditious method, of <br />the decision date of the application. <br />1.6.5 Specific Provisions -Regular 112 Operation <br />(1) The Public Notice, as required in Subparagraph 1.6.2(1)(d) <br />shall.be published four times, once a week for four consecutive weeks; <br />(2) Immediately afrer the first publication, the Operator shall mail <br />a copy of the notice, as specified in Subparagraph 1.6.2(1)(d), to the Office. <br />1.6.6. Conditions that Require New Notice to the Public <br />If the change to the application as determined by the Office, is so substantial <br />that it affects any of the terms contained in the notice that was published in the. <br />newspaper or mailed to the owners of the affected and adjacent lands, the <br />Applicant shall be required to publish and mail a new notice of the applicaton. <br />In the event that the Applicant is required to issue a new notice, all applicable <br />deadlines shall begin to run anew. <br />1.7. SUBMISSION OF COMMENTS <br />1.7.1 General Provisions <br />114 (1)_ Any person has the right to submit written staterrients in support <br />of and any aggrieved person may object to any application for a permit or for <br />an amendment, modification or revision of a previously granted permit. <br />(2) Upon receipt of such statement(s); the Office shall immediately <br />provide a copy of the statement(s) to the Operator. <br />
