The new date shall be set pursuant to Pazagraph 1.8.2 or 1.8.4, as applicable. 1.8.2 Limited Impact 110 and 110(6) Operations The Office shall set a new date for the consideration of an amendment or technical revision to an application for Limited Impact 110 and 110(6) Operations only as necessary to afford an adequate opportunity for a review of the amendment or technical revision by the Office and by any interested members of the public. 1.8.3 Specia11110perations (1) An Applicant may amend or technically revise an application for a permit for a Special 11 I Operation under consideration by the Office by filing a copy of the amendment or technical revision with the Office and by providing the Office with proof of submittal of a notice, on a form approved by the Boazd, of the amendment or technical revision to an application to the local Boazd of County Commissioners.' (2) Within three (3) working days of the. filing of an amendment or a technical revision to an application with the Office, the Office shall set a new date for the consideration of the application.
