benefits which would entitle the claimant to additional payments. <br /> <br />If the claimant believes he or she is entitled to more benefits <br />than admitted by the applicable Self-Insured Debtor, the claimant <br />may request a hearing before the Division of Labar to determine <br />the amount of disability benefits to which he or she is entitled. <br />b. Some of the claimants listed on Exhibit 1 have <br />received temporary disability benefits and have reached maximum <br />medical improvement. The applicable Self-Insured Debtor has <br />admitted liability for permanent disability benefits in some <br />amount or denied liability for permanent disability benefits <br />altogether, but the claimants have disagreed with the benefits <br />admitted and requested that the Division of Labor determine the <br />amount of disability benefits, if any, to which they are <br />entitled. <br />c. Some of the claimants listed on Exhibit 1 allege <br />that they have sustained injuries for which the applicable <br />Self-Insured Debtor has denied any liability. Such claimants <br />I <br />have requested or may request that the Division of Labor <br />determine whether they are entitled to receive any benefits. <br />d. In addition to the temporary and permanent <br />disability benefits which claimants listed on Exhibit 1 may <br />currently be receiving, they currently may be receiving or in the <br />future may assert a right to receive other benefits under the <br />Colorado Act, including, without limitation, medical benefits, <br />vocational rehabilitation benefits, dependency benefits, and <br />disfigurement benefits.
