A written <br />order (the "November 7 Order") setting forth the Court's oral <br />ruling at the November 7, 1990 hearing was entered on November <br />15, 1990.5 At the November 9, 1990 hearing, the Court <br />authorized the Self-insured Debtors to continue to pay all <br />amounts due on account of Post-September 1985 Claims. There are a number of Post-September 1985 Claims which <br />have been asserted against the Self-Insured Debtors which have <br />-" not yet been~determined-or adjudicated: A list of these known <br />claims is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. <br />a. Some of the claimants listed on Exhibit 1 <br />currently are receiving temporary benefits. Payment of temporary <br />benefits will continue until such time as the claimant returns to <br />work, reaches maximum medical improvement with respect to his or <br />her injury, or the Division of Labor orders otherwise. After the <br />claimant reaches maximum medical improvement, the applicable <br />Self-Insured Debtor may admit liability for permanent disability <br />5.
