The applicant analysed the material and results <br />are given in Section 2.04.7 of the application. This material is <br />suitaule and will be tested to determine if fertilizing agents will be <br />necessary prior to seeding. <br />X11. Vegetation - Rules 2.04.10, 2.U5.4(2)(e) and 4.15 <br />Baseline vegetation information for the Apex IJo. 2 F1ine is presented on <br />pages y3-115 of the application. This irifurmation was based on <br />extrapolation by the Soil Conservation Service from nearby vegetative <br />communities. <br />iVo threatened or endangered plant species have been identified within the <br />permit of adjacent areas. <br />With the assistance of the Division, Sunland I•lining Corporation developed <br />a reveyetation plan anu reveyetation success criteria. Uue to the limited areal extent of surface disturbance and <br />pre-existing nature of this disturbance, the Division has determined that <br />impact to wildlife and wildlife habitat will be minor. All disturbed <br />runoff at tiro Apex IJo. 2 Mine is routed through a sedimentation pond or <br />otherr+ise controlled to miminize deleterious effects of m;n;ny on the <br />water quality of Trout Creek.
