Time of Completion <br />The time of completion allowed for the project is 25 calendar days after receipt of the <br />Notice to Proceed. <br />Liquidated Damages <br />The liquidated damages for this project will be $300.00 per day. Please see "General <br />Conditions", number 10 for further clarification. <br />Bid Bond <br />A bid bond is required for this job. Please see "General Conditions" number 4 for further <br />clarification. <br />Performance Bond and labor and Materials Payment Bond <br />A performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond are required for this job. <br />Please see the "General Conditions" number 6 for further clarif-ication. <br />Three-Way Agreement and Insurance <br />A three way "Agreement for Reclamation Activities" is required for this job. Please see <br />number 5 of the "General Conditions" in the back of this document. Three-way agreements <br />will be between the Division, the CONTRACTOR, and the Atlantic Richfield Company. <br />Three-way agreements will be distributed at the pre-bid meeting. <br />A seperate insurance contract is required by the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad <br />and the CONTRACTOR. This right of entry agreement will be distributed at the pre-bid <br />meeting. <br />Minority/Women Business Participation <br />The successful bidder is required to complete and return the attached Minority <br />(MBE/Women (WBE) Business Participation form before a Purchase Order is issued. <br />List oC Equipment Offered <br />The List of Equipment offered form must be returned with each bid. All equipment to be <br />used on the project must be listed. The CONTRACTOR must own, have a current lease <br />for the equipment intended to be used to perform the work, or must furnish a statement of <br />arrangements to rent, or otherwise procure, adequate equipment to the project work for the <br />entire duration of the project. If several contractors propose to join together to perform the <br />work under this purchase order contract, equipment owned or controlled by each should be <br />3 <br />
