M. <br />Incident was a release of between 1200 and 2000 gallons of .a <br />recycled motor oil product used fur dust supressiorr on stoker <br />r_oal sold at the mine. This discharge is <br />known as •001 in the mine's water discharge permit. All of the <br />material was contained in the ditches and first pond in the <br />series of 4.
