The incident was also reported to <br />the National Response Center. The attached report is being <br />submitted, as required, within 15 days of the initial verbal <br />report. <br />The spill was estimated at between 1200 .arti~i 2000 gallons. The <br />m.ateri:~l w.as used motor oil used at the mine site to treat stoker <br />coal fnr dust supression.
