About 300 gallons of oil teas been or• <br />will tie placed in the mine's w.3ste oil system for recycling <br />(Currently the mine utilizes Mesa Oil from Commerce City fcrr oil <br />recycling>. The rem.air~der of the recovered product is being <br />stored in barrels at the mine site along with ttre oil sort,ent <br />material used to recover it. Within the neat week. a sample of <br />the material will be taken to the ACZ laboratory, in Ste.3nrho.3t <br />Springs, for TCLP tests. The results of this test will determine <br />if the m.ateri.al will be stripped as a haZ.3rdOU5 nr:aterial or <br />].andfilled. Note: Tiie MSIrS sheet on this material 5tate5 that <br />the material contains no IrOT designated Ha~~ardous Materials. <br />
