This site is subject to inspections from Adams County inspectors, during reasonable working hours. Adams County may give notice of inspection prior to the inspection. 6. Adams County's "South Platte River Heritage Plan" recognizes this area suitable for gravel mining and water storage. The Plan also recognizes significant wildlife habitat immediately to the north suitable for conservation areas. The applicant will coordinate plans with the Department of Pazks and Community Resources to set aside areas for a wildlife habitat and conservation area. 7. Adams County's "South Platte River Heritage Plan" recognizes this area as a movement corridor for many species of wildlife. Adams County Department of Parks and Community Resources recommends minimal fencing be used which would impede wildlife movement up and down the river corridor.
