Through a motion duly made and seconded, the Board of <br />County Commissioners approved your case subject to the following: <br />Conditiona Precedent: <br />]: The applicant shall provide a detailed plan of pit and river protection designed under Technical <br />Review Guidelines for Gravel Mining Activities, December 1987, as adopted by Adams County. <br />2- The applicant shall obtain a Ploodplain Use Permit and all requirements and restrictions of the <br />Permit shall become stipulations ofthe Conditional Use Permit for mining. <br />3. The applicant shall provide a detailed design of protection of Riverdale Road from subsidence or <br />erosion from mining activities. <br />4. Tho applicant shall provide a spill prevention plan and release prevention plan for fuel storage and <br />fueling operations. The plan shall include, but is not limited to good housekeeping being practiced at <br />Lhis site, spill aricl drip COntairitiieiit pans shall be emptied frequently, and all spills shall be cleaned <br />up and disposed of immediately at a facility permitted for such disposal. <br />5. The applicant shall demonstrate compliance with Air Pollution Control Division, and Water Quality <br />Control Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and En«ronment. <br />6- The applicant shall execute a warranty deed for dedication of forty (40) feet ofright-of--way from the <br />centerline of Riverdale Road for road and a trail along the east side of Riverdale Road along the <br />frornage of properties they own. In addition, the applicant shall endeavor to dedicate right-of-way or <br />an easement for forty (40) feet of property from the centerline of Riverdale Road on lands leased by <br />the applicant for trail purposes.
