THE PERMSTTEE <br />WILL ALSO SAMPLE WATER FOR COMPLETE CHEMICAL ANALYSIS, ACCORDING <br />TD CURRENT DIVISION GUIDELINES, SEFfI-ANNUALLY. MONITORING REPORTS <br />WILL BE SUPPLIED TO THE DIVISION ON A SEMI-ANNUAL BASIS. <br />Stipulation No. 7: <br />THE PERMITTEE MUST SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION AN ANNUAL REPORT <br />CHARACTERIZING THE INFLOWS, DISCHARGES AND THE CONSUl1PTZON OF <br />WATER WITHIN THE MINE. THIS REPORT IS TO INCLUDE A MINE WORXINGS <br />PfAP SHOWING THE LOCATION RND QUANTITY OF INFLOWS; A TABLE KEYED TO <br />TXE MINE .MAP WHICH SHALL CONTAIN TXE SOURCE (i .e., FAULT, FRACTURES, <br />ETC.), QUANTITY, DURATION, RND QUALITY (i.e., pH, ELECTRO- <br />CONDUCTIVITY RND TEMPERATURE) OF RLL NON-SEEP INFLOWS; A TABLE <br />CONTAINING RECORDS OF WATER DISCHARGED FROM. THE 79INE, CONSUMED IN <br />THE MINE RND IMPORTED FOR USE WITHIN THE MINE; A DISCUSSION OF THE <br />WATER BALANCE WITHIN THE MINE; AND, A PROJECTION OF HYDROLOGIC <br />IMPACTS OF AfINING IN THE UPCOMING YEAR. <br />Stipulation No. 8: <br />WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE, THE PERMITTEE SHALL PROVIDE <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />1. ASITE-SPECIFIC VEGETATION MAP, DELINEATING ALL VEGETATIVE <br />COMMUNITIES (BASED ON VISUALLY DOMINANT VEGETATION) RND SAMPLE <br />SITES, AND MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF RULE 2.04.10. <br />2. SITE-SPECIFIC BASELINE AND REFERENCE AREA VEGETATION DATA ON <br />SPECIES COMPOSITION, COVER, PRODUCTION, AND WOODY PLANT <br />DENSITY FOR COMMUNITIES TO BE DISTURBED. THIS INFORldATION <br />SHALL BE DERIVED FROt4 SAMPLING METHODOLOGIES AND EXPERIMENTAL <br />DESIGNS WHICH RRE ACCEPTABLE TO THE DIVISION AND WHICH MEET <br />ESTABLISHED SAPIPLE ADEQUACY REQUIREMENTS. <br />3. R QUALITATIVE DISCUSSION OF EACH VEGETATION C014MUNITY WITHIN <br />THE PERlfIT AREA. <br />
