The Project design and construction is funded by the FLMD through a variety of <br />sources, including local tax revenues, state and federal grants and loans. Local (FLMD) <br />funding: 92%, State (CDPHE/CDOLA) funding: 8%, no Federal funding. <br />16. The proposed post-extraction use of the area is as an additional pond/lagoon for <br />a future expansion of the WWTP, with temporary use as a storage and sorting area for <br />yard waste, solid waste transfer station, water storage, and/or storage of material for <br />FLMD maintenance activities. <br />17.
