I have also included a
portion from two site maps (do not have full scan of drawings) from the 1974 sewer project that
also shows the sewer effluent percolation ponds which are pits 1 (released) 2 in gravel permit
terminology. Like pit 1, Pit 2 will be incorporated into the sewer treatment process. The
mining of the materials in the permitted area truly is incidental to the sewer project.
We appreciate your help in this matter and look forward to working with you and the Division
on our projects.
If you have any questions and/or require additional information, please feel free to contact me
Thanks
Dale Kortz, Manager
Forest Lakes Metropolitan District
P.O, Box 440
Bayfield, CO 81122
970-884-2925
FAX: 970-884-0305
flmd@frontier.net
www.flmd.com
1 /24/2007
