i~
~~
I ' wood moldings. The window blinds are drawn. At the south side of the baseboard heater, there
is about 1/8" separation between the wall and the heater. About 18" up from the floor, at the
southeast comer, there is a small repair about the size of a dime. In the top comer of the wood
molding, the molding has split in the middle of the wood, going horizontal about 6". At the wall
and ceiling juncture, just above the wood molding, there is about a 2" gap where the new paint
' stopped and the old paint ended.
South Wall -There are three large framed windows and two small windows above those. The
' windows are trimmed with wood -clear. The east-most ceiling beam at the top of the south wall,
the east side of beam, there is some bubbling of the plaster or paint. Between the east-most
window and the middle window, there is a dimple from a hammer into the sheetrock. The west-
' most window on this wall near the bottom right-hand corner, the wood trim has a split at the
bottom and on the top (the one going vertical on the right-hand side). At the bottom right-hand
comer, the wood is split on both the bottom and the right-hand side wood trim. Even with the
' middle of this window, about 6" to the west, there is a previous repair of a small nail hole about
the size of a dime. Also, about 10" above the top right-hand corner of this window, there is
another similar indention. At the southwest comer, where the wall meets the rock fireplace, there
' is cracking and spalling of the concrete from the very top of the wall to the carpet. The bench of
the fireplace has cracking and spalling concrete al] the way to the carpet/floor.
West Wall -This wall is rock with a concrete fireplace, which reaches from the ceiling to the
floor. It shows typical concrete shrinkage, cracking and spalling over the entire wall.
Ceiling -Looking at the middle wood beam on the ceiling, on the east side, there is some
deformities in the sheetrock and/or paint. The sheetrocked ceiling in the living room is clear.
Dinin Room
East Wall -This wall is the back of the fireplace. It is bricked and concrete. The junction
between the ceiling and the wall, there is some staining of the bricks possibly from previous water
damage. The southeast corner of the wall, where the brick meets the sheetrock, there is cracking
and spalling of the concrete from the ceiling down to the floor. There is separation of the floor
molding from the wall to the entry way.
South Wall -This wall is sheetrocked and painted. There is wood trim on the bottom half of the
wall. There are three windows on this wall. Two are framed and one is framed up above the
east-most window. The wall with the west-most beam on the ceiling, where it goes into the south
wall, there is evidence of previous repair or some different shade of paint on the east side, and
some bubbling or different colored paint on the west side. The rest of the wall is clear.
West Wall -This wall is sheetrock with wood paneling and contains a sliding glass door. At the
south side of the sliding glass door wall (top left corner of the door frame), the wood trim has a
couple of nail holes that are discolored. The rest of the wall is clear.
