Kinder Residence <br />6275 Moffat County Rd. 33 <br />Craig, Colorado <br />Description: 2-story composite sided home with a metal roof. <br />Type of Work: Interior Inspection <br />Entry Way <br />The ceiling is sheetrocked and painted -clear. The floor is vinyl in the entry way -clear. <br />East Wall -The wall is sheetrocked and painted. By the front door, the bottom right portion of <br />the wall has been repaired. The repair is approximately a 1' wide by 2' tall. The door stopper has <br />dimpled the wood trim, the north-most trim of the door frame at the bottom right hand comer. <br />North Wall -The baseboard heater is separated from the wall; about 1/4" to the west and about <br />1/16" to the east. Neaz the closet door, just to the right of the east trim of the door frame, the <br />tape on the sheetrock is visible from the top of the door frame down to the floor. On the west <br />side of the north wall, to the left of the door frame, the floor molding is pulled away from the wall <br />about 1/16". <br />South Wall and West Wall -Both are open. <br />Livine Room <br />The ceiling is sheetrocked and painted - cleaz. The floor is carpeted - cleaz. <br />North Wall - It is sheetrocked and painted with wood trim 3/4 up the wall. The bottom left-hand <br />corner of the wall (the west side), there is a hairline crack beginning about 1" from the west side <br />of the wall going vertical about 8". Neaz the northeast corner where the television cable comes <br />out of the wall, the facing of the cable box is not connected to the wall. On the northeast comer <br />of the wall, where the wall meets the ceiling, there is about an 1/8" sepazation between the wood <br />trim and the ceiling. Also, there is an unevenness to the north wall trim where it connects to the <br />east wall trim; there is a 1/32" or 1/16" separation between the two pieces of wood. <br />' East Wall -There is a window in the middle of this wall. The wall is sheetrocked and painted <br />with wood trim at the wall and ceiling joint. There is a baseboazd heater at the base of the floor. <br />' At the north end of the heater, there is a 1/16" to 1/8" separation from the wall. At the very top <br />left corner of the window frame, on the window molding, there is a separation between the wood <br />moldings. At the top right-hand corner, there is some paint shrinkage and sepazation between the <br /> <br />
