<br />I' <br />' North Wall -This wall is a paztition between the dining and the kitchen -clear. <br />' Ceiling - At the west-most ceiling beam going into the north wall (at the west side of beam), there <br />is some bubbling of the sheetrock or the paint at the junction between the wall and the ceiling. On <br />the east of the same beam, there is a small gap between the trim azound the beam and the wall. <br />' The east-most ceiling beam of the dining room, there is bubbling of the sheetrock or paint on the <br />west of pillaz and also on the east side. <br />Entrv Wav from Living Room and Dinin¢ Room <br />There is some spalling of the sheetrock or plaster at the comer joint at the kitchen counter top <br />level. There is chipping of the paint on the comer going into the hallway/living room area. The <br />floor is the vinyl and is clear. The ceiling is painted and sheetrocked with wood beams and is <br />' cleaz. <br />' Kitchen <br />South Wall That Goes into Dining Room -The walls aze sheetrocked and painted. At the <br />southwest corner of the ceiling and wall juncture, the wood panel has split starting at the west <br />wall and extending out about 2' (horizontal). The south wall opens up to the passage way to the <br />dining room. Above the wood part of the second half of the wall, where the sheetrock begins at <br />the counter level, there is some cracking or spalling of the sheetrock. On top of the counter, there <br />has been some discoloration or previous repair of the caulking. <br />West Wall -This wal] is tiled up to the bottom of the cabinets. Above the cabinets is sheetrocked <br />and painted. There are formica counter tops and wood cabinets below the sink. On the <br />southwest corner, right below the file before the kitchen counter top begins, there is cracking <br />(caulking shrinkage) between the tike and the counter top splashing. There is also cracking in the <br />caulking between the splashing and the counter top. The cracking extends all the way to the <br />north wall. The light above the sink is displaced, or crooked about 1/4" to the north. There is a <br />window above the sink. It is framed with wood trim. The sink is metal. There is some <br />discoloration and water leakage/damage azound the faucet. There is also some slight warping or <br />bending in front of the sink; it has sepazated from the counter top. <br />North Wall -This wall contains cabinets. There is file to the kitchen counter top. This wall also <br />contains the oven and stove with the refrigerator at the east side. There is some paint shrinkage <br />cracks between the top of the cabinets and the wall. It is indicative of the entire length of the <br />cabinets. At the top of flashing and tile, there is caulking shrinkage and cracking along the entire <br />length of the wall. The rest of the wall is clear. <br />East Wall -This wall has an entry way going into the hallway/living room area. The wall is <br />sheetrocked and painted. Above the entry way coming out of the kitchen, in the middle there aze <br />
