16. Requirements for Legal Notice All notices shall be deemed to have been properly given <br />when made by personal service or made in writing and sent by United States mail addressed to the <br />parties hereto as follows: <br />POFP: John O. Buckner <br />2516 Waldean Street <br />Colorado Springs, CO 80909 <br />POTS: Joseph L. Dorris <br />2920 Cedar Heights Drive <br />Colorado Springs, CO 80904 <br />All notices shall be deemed received when delivered by the United States mail or made by <br />personal service, and the time given the party receiving such notice shalt run from the date the <br />notice is received. Any address of a party may be changed by the giving of notice in the manner <br />herein prescribed. <br />Once payments are made or notices given pursuant to this Agreement, the PO5P shall be relieved <br />and discharged of any further liability or obligation to make or give same. All such payments or <br />notices shall be deemed properly given upon receipt by the POFP. <br />The POSP will provide copies of this agreement to any of the governmental agencies which <br />require a copy. The POSP will furnish copies of all approved permits and reclamation bond <br />documents to the POFP. <br />17. Interference by Outside A eg nts. Any revisions, changes, abolishments of aziy Federal, State, <br />County and local government laws, rules and reputations that can and/or will adversely affect the <br />right to mine on the property shall be cause to immediately cease all operations on the property <br />unless such revisions, changes and abolishments can be immediately and properly cured. <br />If the situation cannot be immediately cured, operations on the Properties shall be curtailed until a <br />meeting of alt the principal participants is held to cure any adverse probtems related to the <br />Agreement by any governmental, environmental entity or similar agency°s actions. <br />The POFP will, under no circumstances, be legally responsible to the FOSP for any action taken <br />by governmental and/or private entities seeking to impair and/or stop mining in its full sense or <br />scope. <br />28. Ter-nination Agreement. The POSF may at any time during the term hereof execute and <br />deliver to the POFP a release covering all of the above described Properties and thereby surrender <br />this Agreement and thus be relieved of all obligation as to the Properties except the payment of <br />such production royalty as may then be due hereunder, any reclamation liability created by actions <br />of the POSP, any non-production liability, any uncleaned or unsold production, and any other <br />obligation required, expressly or in the context of this Agreement, to survive termination of this <br />Agreement. <br />19. Authorization of Personnel. No persons are allowed on the Properties during mining <br />operations without the full knowledge and approval of at least one of parties or their authorized <br />agents throughout the life of this Agreement. No one may engage in the acts of mineral collecting <br /> <br />
