The Division does not propose to reduce the maximum allowable air blast levels. <br />The applicant has elected to use the standard (rather than the modified) blasting <br />explosive weight formula of Rule 4.08.4(10)(c)(i). The Division does not propose <br />to reduce, or approve of a variance from, the maximum peak particle velocity limits <br />specified in Rule 4.08.4(10)(c)(i). <br />VII. Disposal of Excess Spoil <br />A. The Division is proposing to conditionally approve the use of disposal areas for <br />excess spoil. (4.09.1(1)) <br />B. The Division has reviewed a general design for the fills and proposes to approve it. <br />However, specific design information has not been submitted. Therefore, the <br />following stipulation to the permit is necessary; (4.09.1(2)) <br />STIP #7 <br />BY DECEMBER 1, 1997, LORENCITO COAL COMPANY WILL SUBMIT A <br />TECHNICAL REVISION TO THE PERMIT FOR FILLS 1, 2, 3, AND 4 TO <br />ADEQUATELY RESPOND TO THE ISSUES AS OUTLINED IN QUESTIONS <br />65, 66, 67, 91, 103, AND 183 OF THE DNISION'S INITIAL ADEQUACY <br />REVIEW (DATED MARCH 3, 1997), LLC RESPONSES, OR ANY <br />SUBSEQUENT REVIEW AS DOCUMENTED.
