Those <br />stipulations are restated here along with their current status. <br />Stipulation No. 6 <br />The permittee will submit to the Division an Annual Hydrologic <br />Report. This report shall include an analysis of all hydrologic <br />data gathered during the year, and an assessment of the hydrologic <br />impacts of mining in the following year. This report shall assess <br />the impacts of mining on the quality and quantity of water in <br />surface streams, springs, ground water aquifers, mine inflow, and <br />mine discharges. <br />This stipulation is still active. <br />Stipulation No. 21 <br />Bear Coal Company shall monitor both the operational and reclaimed <br />configuration of the portal access road and portal facilities of <br />the No. 3 Mine. Monitoring shall continue on a semi-annual basis <br />until two years following completion of the reclamation of the <br />
