Stipulation Summar
There were six stipulations attached to the Permit Revision No. 2.
Findings Document which was prepared on February 8, 1995. Those
stipulations are restated here along with their current status.
Stipulation No. 6
The permittee will submit to the Division an Annual Hydrologic
Report. This report shall include an analysis of all hydrologic
data gathered during the year, and an assessment of the hydrologic
impacts of mining in the following year. This report shall assess
the impacts of mining on the quality and quantity of water in
surface streams, springs, ground water aquifers, mine inflow, and
mine discharges.

Stipulation No. 21
Bear Coal Company shall monitor both the operational and reclaimed
configuration of the portal access road and portal facilities of
