It is a matter of Colowyo policy, however, that the <br />explosive magazines should be locked whenever possible. <br />Facilities <br />The SPCC plan will be updated as necessary to reflect the <br />changes to regulated facilities. <br />Topsoil <br />Topsoil stockpile sumps have not been necessary at Colowyo as <br />stockpiles have not shown any tendency towards any significant loss <br />of the resource. Revegetation of the stockpiles has, in <br />particular, been a quite effective means to control erosion. All <br />stockpiles have signs. <br />
