EXHIBIT "E" -RECLAMATION PLAN (Technical Revision 6-20-85 Page 5) <br />no sediment or oil will be allowed to form or be transported downslope where they <br />entered a concrete irrigation ditch. <br />The sump water, which has been cleared up, will be contained by form,,pin~,gj~a~~y <br />drainage ditch from the outlet pipe to the Foint of discharge lined with rock and a ~wecK <br />check dam will be constructed at the bottom of the hill to contain the discharge water <br />~~, ~ i Ir„ ,f ~ rr ~r~~.~+~e^ ~, wliat~ .~,^ v.Q,nn~+.y,. ~p,C..~ ~'f (:~u ~ C~ctiM.- <br />and to let lit settle and evaporate and the sediment left will be cleaned out and burried. <br />~~~No water will drain to the irrigation ditch (see Drainage Plan, Exhibit "D"). <br />~r`~n' As stated in the inspection report, Mr. Jim Ary cooperated when he was made <br />U aware of the oil -laden erosion, causing water to flow into the irrigation ditch and <br />he agreed to berm the area, down-grade of the sump intake pipe, at the inspector's <br />request. ~ ,,~,,,~„~_ <br />The asphalt leaking from the asphalt plant during its operation will be cleaned <br />up and burried under two feet of overburden material and the operator will allow no <br />more asphalt to leak from the asphalt plant. <br />The asphalt and sediment present in and adjacent to the concrete-lined irrigation <br />ditch was done by the manager prior to the present operator. The present operator <br />will clean this asphalt and sediment up and will insure that this isn't repeated. <br />This waste material will be hauled off-site, to an appropriate dump or burried on-site <br />along the highwall to be reclaimed. <br />Enclosed you will find the 1984 fees have been paid, and the 1985 Annual Report and <br />fees, plus map. <br />The reclaimed area will be repaired by thegoerator in the following manner, but <br />the topsoil will not be stripped where the area will be reworked due to the fact that there <br />will be no further disturbance of topsoil if it is removed and replaced. The operator <br />~~~ proposes to also apply organic material (cow manure) at 2 tons per acre over this <br />~ reclaimed area. <br />~wc-~,~ <br />
