The processing shall be limited to daylight hours, as defined by official sunrise and sunset as <br />established from day to day by the U.S. Weather Bureau at the Municipal Airport or between <br />the hours of 6 A.M. and 6 P.M., whichever provides the greatest number of working hours. <br />2. Any and all public or private wells, cables, and water lines shall be protected from physical <br />damage, or pollution by the sand and gravel operation. <br />The shape of the lake and the conditions of the shore line and grounds shall be finished in a <br />way that provides a maximum of 2 to 1 and not to exceed 3 to 1 slope. <br />Also, adequate fencing to prevent human intrusion shall be provided azound the perimeter of <br />the present lake area. Fencing, shore line sloping and a specific plan and maps indicating the <br />site locations of particulaz activities (batch plant, excavation, stock piles, etc.) and especially <br />those that contribute to the planned recreational azea below Pueblo Dam shall be completed <br />and plan view drawings submitted to the Pueblo County Planning Commission for a three (3) <br />month review by the Commission on May 28, 1974. <br />Mav 28. 1974: <br />The Pueblo County Planning Commission voted to approve the special use permit for extracting <br />and processing rock, sand and gravel from entire premises. <br />This special use permit was approved with the following restrictions: <br />1 1 yeaz review <br />2 Slope not less than 2 to 1: <br />3 V mesh fence is required for lakes. <br />Mav 27, 1975: <br />The Pueblo County Planning Commission voted to approve the special use permit for extracting <br />and processing rock, sand and gravel from entire premises. <br />• This application was approved with cone-yeaz review and clarification of " 2 to 1"slope to <br />read 30° slope, also V mesh fence is required for lakes. <br />Mav 25. 1976: <br />The Pueblo County Planning Commission voted to approve the special use permit to extract and <br />process rock, sand and gravel from entire premise. <br />
