SUP 479 (2nd Amende~ • <br />October 29, 1996 <br />Page 8 <br />• Request was approved with a one year review. <br />June 28. 1977: <br />The Pueblo County Planning Commission voted to approve the special use permit to extract and <br />process rock, sand and gravel from the entire premises. <br />• Application was approved with a five {5) yeaz review. <br />June 2~. 1982: <br />The Pueblo County Planning Commission voted to approve the special use permit to e.~act and <br />process sand an~i gravel in an A-1 Zone District. Special Use Permit No. 147 was approved with <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Special Use Permit No. 147 will be carried under Valco, Inc., rather than Certified Concrete. <br />2. Special Use Permit will be on a 2 year review basis. <br />Please be advis<:d that the Ciry of Pueblo Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the above <br />mentioned case as a party to the 1978 joint City/County Urban Service Area Agreement at its <br />August 10, 198!3, Regulaz Meeting. <br />Staff recommends APPROVAL of Special Use Permit No. 479, with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall provide the Pueblo County Department of Planning and Development and <br />the City of Pueblo with a copy of any future MLRB applications, permits, or amendments <br />within 30 days of their submittal to or approval by MLRB. <br />2. The applicant shall provide the Pueblo County Department of Planning and Development and <br />the Ciry of Pueblo with a copy of any further State or Federal permit applications (i.e., <br />access, NPUES, 404, etc.) and approval thereof within 30 days of said application or <br />approval. <br />3. Special Use Permit No. 479 shall be placed on a two-yeaz review (July, 1990). <br />4. The natural vegetation south of the Arkansas River and north of the Area III extraction area <br />remain undisturbed to preserve the aesthetic view from the Nature Center and River Trails <br />System. <br />Please be aware that all previously approved conditions for Special Use Permits 22, 36, 147„ and <br />479 (Amended} remain in force. These conditions must be complied with for the special use <br />permit to remain in compliance with the Pueblo County Zoning Resolution. <br />
