The shape of the lake and the condition of the shore line and grounds shall be finished in a <br />way that provide a reasonably (natural) appearance and a sloped and safe shoreline. <br />Please be advised that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its regulaz meeting held on <br />March 23, ] 966, voted to grant Special Use Permit No. 36 for extracting and processing of toc:k, <br />sand, and gravel from premises with 1 condition: <br />that the Lakeshore resulting from excavation be progressively brought to a safe and <br />natural slope as the work progresses. <br />Please be advised that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its regulaz meetings held on <br />the identified dates, voted to approve Special Use Permit No. 147 with the following conditions: <br />January 26. 1971: <br />Approved by Pueblo County Planning Commission with following conditions: <br />1. The processing shall be limited to daylight hours, as defined by official sunrise and sunset as <br />established from day to day by the U.S. Weather Bureau at the Municipal Airport or between <br />the hours of 6 A.M. and 6 P.M., whichever provides the greatest number of working hours. <br />2. Three yeazs after production is underway this special use permit will be subject to review by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />3.
