(review) <br />1. Special Use Permit #22 will remain in full force and effect. <br />2. All original conditions will remain except that item # I of said conditions to be further <br />clarified as follows: <br />"Egress and Ingress" for the delivery and haul vehicles shall not pass thru the West Pazk <br />residential area, but shall be limited to roads, provided by the owner or operator of the sand <br />and eravel operation on roads or accesses to be established or provided east and/or west <br />below the presently existing "Bluff ' to Highway 96 to the west, or to Pueblo Boulevazd <br />extended, to the east and/or north to West 11th Street. <br />Julv 28. 1970: <br />The Pueblo County Planning Commission voted to approve the special use permit for removing <br />and processing gravel or natural deposits (mineral) at site. <br />• Approved subject to currently active restrictions and 1 yeaz review. <br />July 24. 1973: <br />The Pueblo County Planning Cotmission voted to approve the special use permit for removing <br />and processing gravel or natural deposits (mineral) at site. <br />All original conditions will remain except that item 2 will be amended. <br />"Egress and Ingress" for the delivery and haul vehicles shall not pass thru the West Pazk <br />residential azea, but shall be limited to roads provided by the owner or operator of the sand <br />and gravel operation on roads or accesses to be established or provided east and/or west <br />below the presently existing "Bluff' to Highway 96 to the west, or to Pueblo Boulevazd <br />extended, to the east and/or north to West 11th St. <br />2. The processing and extraction and all other activity permitted by this special use permit shall <br />be limited to day light hours. <br />3. The processing plant shall be located generally at a midpoint between what is now known as <br />the Bertholf "John" and Gaylord "Madge" residences and as faz north of the railroad tracks as <br />is practicable. <br />4. Three years after production is underway this special use pemtit will be subject to review by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />
