The Planning and Development Department be notified when the nature trail changes aze to <br />occur and when Valco is going to install conveyors across the river. <br />2. Special Use Permit No. 479 be placed on atwo-year review (July, 1986). <br />January 18. 1983: <br />The Pueblo County Planning Commission voted to APPROVE Special Use Pemut No. 479 and <br />the consolidation of Special Use Permits No. 22, No. 36, and No. 147 within same. <br />• The Planning and Development Department is to be notified when the nature trail changes <br />aze to occur, and when they aze to install conveyors across from the river. Special Use Permit <br />No. 479 is to be reviewed in July of 1984. <br />Please be advised that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its meetings held on the <br />identified dates, voted to APPROVE Special Use Permit No. 22 with the following conditions: <br />Mav 28. 1965: <br />1. Access and egress for the delivery and haul trucks shall not go through the West Pazk <br />residential area, but shall be limited to roads to be provided east and or west below the bluff <br />to Highway 96 to the west, or to Pueblo Boulevazd extended, to the east and or north to 11th <br />Street. <br />2. The processing shall be limited to daylight hours, as defined by official sunrise and sunset as <br />established fiom day to day by the U.S. Weather Bureau at the Municipal Airport or between <br />the hours of 6 A.M. and 6 P.M., whichever provides the greatest number of working hours. <br />3. The processing plant shall be located generally at a midpoint between what is now known as <br />the Bertholf "John" and Gaylor "Madge" residences and as faz north of the railroad tracks as <br />is practicable. <br />4. Three years after production is underway this special use permit will be subject to review by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />5. Any and all public or private wells, cables, and water lines shall be protected from physical <br />damage, or pollution by the sand and gravel operator. <br />6. The shape of the lake and the condition of the shore line and grounds shall be finished in a <br />way that provides a reasonably (natural) appearance and a sloped and safe shoreline. <br />
