<br />2. Section 2.04.6(2) states a reclamation plan to provide a monitoring plan to delineate any <br />unsuitable areas of regraded overburden with respect to the pit. Please update the permit to <br />indicate the results of the monitoring plan concerning the regraded overburden. <br />3. Section 2.05.4 -Haul road reclamation costs on pages 2.05-18 and 2.05-20 iv contradict <br />one another and are no longer required since the approval of TR-04 (retention of haul road). <br />4. Section 2.05.4 -Please clarify the sampling design for determining vegetation success <br />and diversity in preparation for Phase I and Phase III bond release. Be sure to include <br />methodology, statistical accuracies, and sampling technique. <br />Section VI -Bonding Summary <br />The Division currently holds a letter of credit in the amount of $650,000.00 for the reclamation <br />performance bond at the Hamilton Mine. The performance bond liability for the site has been <br />established at $381,935.00. The Division will request a new letter of credit upon the final <br />decision of the recent Phase I bond release application. <br />
