<br />Technical Revision No. 02 was received on April 2l, 1993. The revision corrected permit <br />deficiencies noted in the hydrologic monitoring plan. <br />Minor Revision No. 04 was received on July l2, 1993. The revision allowed the substitution of <br />sideoats grama for galletta in the seed mix pending availability of seeds during revegetation. <br />Technical Revision No. 03 was received September 20, 1993. The revision reduced total <br />liability of the bond due to cessation of mining activities due to economic conditions. <br />Minor Revision No. OS was received on October 27. 1993. The revision added letters from the <br />Soil Conservation Service, Montrose County, and landowners regarding pond and road <br />reclamation. <br />Minor Revision No. 06 was received on November 8, 1993. The revision reintroduced the <br />original mining sequence map. <br />Technical Revision No. 04 was received on January 13, 1994. The revision approved [he <br />retention of the full width of the haul roads for use during winter feeding and for calving season. <br />Section III -Status of Stipulations <br />The permit was issued without any conditions or stipulations. <br />Section IV -Permit Variances <br />There were no variances granted for mining or reclamation activities. <br />Section V -Decision to Require Revisions <br />As a result of this Midterm Review, [he Division will require revision(s) of [he permit to address <br />the following concerns with the currently approved Hamilton Mine permit application. <br />Section 2.03.4 -Please update Identification of Interest section of the permit. <br />
