Stipulation No. 3 <br />PRIOR TO USE OF MINE WATER FOR ANY MINING ACTIVITIES, TWIN PINES <br />INVESTMENT, LTD. MUST OBTAIN ALL WELL PERMITS REQUIRED BY <br />APPLICABLE STATE LAW. <br />Surface water <br />Surface water hydrology information is presented on pages 37-48 and <br />JFSA 45-56 in the permit application. Information in this section of the <br />original Findings Document remains accurate. Therefore, the following <br />stipulation is necessary: <br />Stipulation No. 11 <br />WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF THE RENEWED PERMIT, THE OPERATOR MUST <br />SUBMIT A TECHNICAL REVISION WITH A DESIGN PLAN FOR MODIFICATION OF <br />THE SURFACE WATER CONTROL SYSTEM INCORPORATING THE TREATMENT AND/OR <br />DISCHARGE OF MINE WATER AS WELL AS SURFACE RUNOFF FROM THE <br />UNDISTURBED SLOPES ABOVE THE MINE WHICH PASSES THROUGH THE SYSTEM. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section with <br />the acceptance of the above stipulations. <br />UI.
