<br />• - 34 - <br />monitoring costs exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). <br />The County Planning Department shall work closely with <br />Western-Utah and each of the Governmental Entities in <br />implementing all aspects of this Agreement. Western-Utah <br />agrees to provide monthly status reports on relevant <br />socioeconomic information. <br />(c) 4Testern-Utah will also pay, to the Town of <br />Rangely, beginning in 1982, the sum of Twenty Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($25,000.00) per annum, primarily for the purposes <br />of monitoring housing development. This payment shall con- <br />tinue for at least two years with the understanding that <br />this payment will be terminated after the two-year period <br />if Rangely should decide that its monitoring needs can be <br />subsumed under the monitoring program described in sub- <br />paragraph (a) of this paragraph. <br />(d) The Rio Blanco Board of County Commissioners <br />shall establish, within thirty (30) days of the execution <br />of this Agreement, an Advisory Committee to review periodi- <br />cally-the results of the monitoring program and implementation <br />of the Agreement. This Committee shall be comprised of one <br />representative each of '.Jestern-Utah, Deseret, the Town of <br />Rangely, each Special Taxing District, and one member of the <br />Rio Blanco County Planning Coms,ission. The Advisory Committee <br />will be staffed by the County Planning Department. The <br />Advisory Committee may make reco~nendations to the Board of <br />County Commissioners regarding any aspect of the Agreement or <br />its implementation, as well as any issues affecting the <br />Special Use Permit. <br />
