• <br />(l: <br />~r <br />y,. <br />mobile homes associated with the Project shall be approxi- <br />mately thirty (30) percent of the total housing provided <br />for the project-related population: <br />5.3 As part of the monitoring program, more fully <br />described in Article VI of this Agreement, an assessment <br />will be made of Project impacts on the housing needs of <br />Rangely's senior citizens. If it should be determined <br />that an adverse impact on the ability of senior citizens <br />to obtain affordable housing has occurred, Western-Utah <br />will, as a part of its housing program and as a supple- <br />ment to the undertakings of paragraph 5.1 of this Agreement, <br />assist impacted senior citizens in obtaining affordable <br />housing. <br />5.4 In the event that Western-Utah should decide <br />not to provide for roads, gutters, drainage, and related <br />infrastructure associated with project-related housing, <br />Western-Utah shall pay to Rangely the sum of Ttao Million <br />Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,400,000.00). If the <br />project-related population should at any time be determined <br />to exceed fifteen hundred (1500), [Jestern-Utah's payment <br />to Rangely for housing infrastructure would be adjusted <br />upwards in the same manner as provided for in Article III <br />of this Agreement. <br />5.5 P.angely and the County pledge to use their <br />best efforts to cause quality, affordable housing to be <br />made available for residents of Rangely, particularly <br />with respect to securing reasonably-priced sites for the <br />development of housing. <br /> <br />
