. • - 31 - • <br />taxes returning to the Governmental Entities would thereby <br />be increased. <br />ARTICLE V <br />HOUSING <br />5.1 To implement Western-Utah's commitment to <br />provide affordable, diversified, and quality housing <br />for the project-related population, Western-Utah agrees <br />and guarantees to undertake or to arrange for the follow- <br />ing to be undertaken: <br />(a) Timely construction and availability <br />of housing units for all project-related employees. <br />(b) Timely construction and availability <br />of housing units for all induced workers. <br />(c) Provision of such financial or other <br />,.. .. assistance as may be required for project-related em- <br />ployees and for government sector induced employees to <br />insure occupancy of the housing units described in sub- <br />paragraphs (a) and (b) above. <br />5.2 In providing the housing described in para- <br />graph 5.1 of this Agreement, Western-Utah agrees to achieve <br />by the end of 1985 a housing mix of approximately sixty <br />(60) percent single family dwellings, twenty-five (25) <br />percent multi-family dwellings, and fifteen (15) percent <br />mobile homes.
