There is a 1/2" separation between the electrical box and the sheetrock. <br />Northwest Corner <br />There is a 1/32" gap on the left side of the electrical outlet where the sheetrock is not aligned with <br />the covering on the electrical outlet. <br />' North Wall <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The wall is sheetrocked and painted. There are two electrical outlets on this wall. They are not <br />aligned and are uneven. The outlet to the west is about 2" lower than the one on the right. The <br />one on the left, or to the west, has a gap on the right-hand side where the sheetrock doesn't meet <br />the face board of the electrical outlet. The east-most electrical outlet, on the right-hand side, <br />there is a gap in the sheetrock. <br />Floor <br />Floor is plywood. <br />Ceilin <br />sheetrocked and painted without fixtures. <br />Northeast Room <br />The walls and the ceiling are sheetrocked and painted. The floor is plywood. On the underside of <br />the door frame, there are particle board spacers in the 1/2" gap between the 2x4s. <br />South Wall <br />This wall is clear. <br />East Wall <br />There is a bunch of wood piled up in this room, so the bottom half of the east wall with the <br />window is covered and can't be inspected. The visible part of the window has paint shrinkage <br />cracks between the sheetrock and the metal window frame on the top and on the two sides that <br />aze visible. <br /> <br />
