<br />~~ <br />' North Wall <br />I There is a separation due to paint shrinkage where the sheetrock and metal frame of the window <br />connect. Also, on the top left-hand corner of the window, there is a separation in the sheetrock <br />that could pose a problem later. There is evidence of prior repair. The rest of the wall is clear. <br />' West Wall <br />There is a spacing in the top of the closest door frame which has been filled with wood spacers. <br />There are also some cracks in the 2x4s along the door frame. The rest of the wall is clear. <br />Bedroom in the Northwest Corner <br />The walls and ceiling are sheetrocked and painted. Floor is plywood. There is the typical spacing <br />in the door frame with about 1/2" to 3/4" spacing between the 2x4s. There is also cracking of the <br />2x4 frame. <br />Ceiline <br />' Just above the door on the south wall, there is some raised spackling or tape. It extends across <br />the ceiling along the same wall as the door. <br />' East Wall <br />There is a large cut out for a closet door. The 2x4s along the top have cracked, going from the <br />south edge of the door frame about 2' down. There are various small cracks in the 2x4s in the <br />rest of the frame. <br />' North Wall <br />The wall contains a window. There are paint shrinkage cracks along the sheetrock and metal <br />window frame. On the top right-hand comer of the window, there are some possible cracks that <br />have occurred but have been puttied over. <br />' West Wall <br />The wall is sheetrock and painted. The wall contains a bay window with a sitting ledge. On the <br />north window of the bay window, there is cracking and rough spackling over the sheetrock. All <br />' of the corners of the window have paint shrinkage cracks along the metal frame. The large <br />window on the west side of the bay contains paint shrinkage cracks around the window frame and <br />the sheetrock.
