Also, on the top left-hand corner of the window, there is a separation in the sheetrock
that could pose a problem later. There is evidence of prior repair. The rest of the wall is clear.
' West Wall
There is a spacing in the top of the closest door frame which has been filled with wood spacers.
There are also some cracks in the 2x4s along the door frame. The rest of the wall is clear.
Bedroom in the Northwest Corner
The walls and ceiling are sheetrocked and painted. Floor is plywood. There is the typical spacing
in the door frame with about 1/2" to 3/4" spacing between the 2x4s. There is also cracking of the
2x4 frame.
Ceiline
' Just above the door on the south wall, there is some raised spackling or tape. It extends across
the ceiling along the same wall as the door.
' East Wall
There is a large cut out for a closet door. The 2x4s along the top have cracked, going from the
south edge of the door frame about 2' down. There are various small cracks in the 2x4s in the
rest of the frame.
' North Wall
The wall contains a window. There are paint shrinkage cracks along the sheetrock and metal
window frame. On the top right-hand comer of the window, there are some possible cracks that
have occurred but have been puttied over.
' West Wall
The wall is sheetrock and painted. The wall contains a bay window with a sitting ledge. On the
north window of the bay window, there is cracking and rough spackling over the sheetrock. All
' of the corners of the window have paint shrinkage cracks along the metal frame. The large
window on the west side of the bay contains paint shrinkage cracks around the window frame and
the sheetrock. The cracks also exist around the small window to the south.
I~
1
