<br />t <br />' Bathroom <br />The door has not been installed. There are wood wedges in the 1/2" space on the underside of the <br />door frame. <br />' South Wall <br />The bathroom has a fiberglass shower with fiberglass walls on the south side. Above the shower <br />' walls is sheetrocked and painted. At the southeast corner, just above the fiberglass wall of the <br />shower, there is about 1/4" gap between the sheetrock and the top of the shower. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />East Wall <br />It is sheetrocked and contains a window. There are paint shrinkage cracks along the joints <br />between the sheetrock and the metal window frame. They exist on all three corners and on the <br />bottom sill. The cracks range in size from 1/8" to 1/32" sepazation between the sheetrock and the <br />metal window frame. <br />North Wall <br />At the northeast corner of the bathroom, above the commode, there is evidence of water damage <br />along the sheetrock tape extending about 2'. The paint is actually peeling along the tape, so there <br />apparently is water leaking from upstairs. Where the sink is going to be put on the north wall of <br />the bathroom, there are unfinished holes and a 1/2" gap around the incoming water pipes. <br />Floor <br />The floor is tiled in the northeast corner of the room, but hasn't been grouted. <br />Kitchen <br />East Wall <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The sheetrocked and painted wall contains a door to a washroom and bathroom. The door going <br />into the washroom is not yet installed. On the underside of the top of the door frame, there are <br />some particle board spacers that have been installed between the 2x4s. <br />West Wall <br />The wall is sheetrocked and painted. The kitchen sink is installed in a wood bench. There is a <br />window that is in a metal frame and has sheetrock on all four sides. There aze paint shrinkage <br />cracks on all three sides of the window. Also, there is about 1/32" separation between the <br />window sill and the metal of the window frame.
