1

' East Wall
There is a window in a metal window frame. There is sheetrock on three sides of the window but
not on the sill. There are separation cracks along the entire sheetrock frame, where the paint has
shrunk from the metal window frame.
' North Wall
' The wall is sheetrocked and painted two-tone with white on top and yellow on the bottom third.
There is an unevenness where the wall and the ceiling meet. In about the middle of the wall there
is a nail hole that hasn't been patched. There are some unfinished circular wood steps in the
southwest corner of the living room.
' Washroom
' To the south there is a hot water heater and to the north there is an area for a washer and dryer.
The walls aze sheetrock and painted.
North Wall
The hook-ups for the washing machine are recessed into the wall and there is a separation
' between the plastic recess and the sheetrock; a separation of about 1/4" on the bottom and about
1/8" on the top and sides. The dryer exhaust is recessed with a sheet metal liner and is separated
from the sheetrock 1/4" all the way around.
' South Wall
' There is a recessed azea for the hot water heater which has a file floor and is clear. The wall is
sheetrocked but the door has not been installed. On the underside of the door frame, there are
some slim pieces of wood spacers in the 1/4" space between the 2x4s. The sheetrock on the walls
1 is rough but doesn't seem to be finished. It has not been sanded after the tape was covered.
Also, where the hot water comes in and out of the back wall, the holes have not been finished.
Along the both sides of the door frame, a few of the nails have rusted. Just east of the hot water
heater and the recess in the south wall, in the southeast comer, there is some cracking in the wall
and some paint chips from the ceiling. Also visible, is the taping along the ceiling just by a cut in
' the ceiling for a laundry shoot.
East Wall
t Directly before the bathroom door, along the cut in the ceiling for the laundry shoot, there is a
raised area between the sheetrock. It is cracked with evidence of previous repair.
