<br />-9- <br />Sti ulation No. 3 <br />DE TA LOADOU . <br /> <br />SUBMIT A PLAN ADDRESSING SEDIMENT CONTROL AT THE <br />Status: Resolved (September 12, 1984). <br />Stipulation No. 4: CONDUCT GROUND WATER MONITORING OF WELLS LOCATED IN <br />fi~~'6..]fISIfTF'FR~-lITLUVIAL WELLS ALONG WARD CREEK AND WILLIAMS CREEK, <br />REFUSE PILE WELLS, SEDIMENT POND PIEZOMETERS, MINE INFLOWS AND <br />DISCHARGES. <br />Status: Ongoing monitoring of ground water at specified <br />frequencies for selected water quality variables has been <br />accomplished since permit issuance (July 13, 1984). A technical <br />revision approved May 30, 1986 to reduce the monitoring of ground <br />water variables, sites and frequency is currently in effect and <br />continuing during the period of temporary cessation of operations. <br />Stipulation No. 5: SUBMIT A REVISED MINE INFLOW MAP ANNUALLY. <br />Status: Ongoing. Mine inflow maps have been regularly submitted <br />since permit issuance with the annual hydrologic report. <br />Sti ulation No. 6: SUBMIT AN ANNUAL HYDROLOGIC REPORT BY DECEMBER 1 ON <br />S S 0 ) SURFACE WATER, (2) GROUND WATER, (3) MINE INFLOWS, <br />(4) CONSUMPTIVE USE OF WATER IN THE MINE, AND (5) MINE WATER DISCHARGE. <br />Status: Ongoing with periodic submittals on December 1. <br />Sti ulation No. 7: CONDUCT SURFACE WATER MONITORING OF DISCHARGE AND <br />W R UALITY CONSTITUENTS AT SPECIFIED LOCATIONS ON STREAMS, <br />DITCHES, SPRINGS AND SEDIMENT POND DISCHARGES AT SPECIFIED FREQUENCIES. <br />Status: Ongoing monitoring of surface water according to the plan <br />has been accomplished since permit issuance (July 13, 1984). A <br />technical revision approved May 30, 1986 to reduce the monitoring <br />of surface water quality variables, sites and frequency is <br />currently in effect and continuing during the temporary cessation <br />period. <br />Sti ulation No. 8: OBTAIN A MORE STRINGENT AIR QUALITY PERMIT PRIOR TO <br />D N A 00 TON/YEAR PRODUCTION LEVEL. <br />Status: Unresolved (future deadline). <br />Sti ulation No. 9: SUBMIT A BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF E190,000.00 TO THE <br />S ON W N 0 DAYS. <br />Status: Resolved (July 11, 1984). <br />
