Stipulation No. 4: CONDUCT GROUND WATER MONITORING OF WELLS LOCATED IN fi~~'6..]fISIfTF'FR~-lITLUVIAL WELLS ALONG WARD CREEK AND WILLIAMS CREEK, REFUSE PILE WELLS, SEDIMENT POND PIEZOMETERS, MINE INFLOWS AND DISCHARGES. Status: Ongoing monitoring of ground water at specified frequencies for selected water quality variables has been accomplished since permit issuance (July 13, 1984). A technical revision approved May 30, 1986 to reduce the monitoring of ground water variables, sites and frequency is currently in effect and continuing during the period of temporary cessation of operations. Stipulation No. 5: SUBMIT A REVISED MINE INFLOW MAP ANNUALLY. Status: Ongoing. Mine inflow maps have been regularly submitted since permit issuance with the annual hydrologic report.
