Pond Discharge (SP-B)
Sampled according to NPDES requirements with reports submitted
to the Division quarterly.
The reduction in elements to those described above maintains the objectives of
the hydrologic monitoring program during the period of temporary cessation.
The Division requires as a condition to approval of the technical revision
that if mining is reactivated or if data indicates that hydrologic conditions
are changing significantly, a re-implementation of all, or portions of, the
original program approved as Stipulations 4 and 7 of the permit be
reinstituted. A statement to this effect is required in the reduced
hydrologic monitoring program. Revised pages should be submitted to the
Division describing the hydrologic monitoring program as revised for insertion
in the permit document as an addendum to Volume 8, Table 10.
The revision was approved (May 30, 1986).
Minor Revision No. 2: Reduction of refuse pile certification from quarterly
to annual frequency during temporary cessation (May 30, 1986).
The revision was approved (June 6, 1986).
IV.
