<br />V. ENVIP,Q~A'IaTI'AL PRdPECTION A[~ID RECLAMATION PLANS <br />Exhibits E and F of the State Plan discuss in detail reclamation <br />plans for the quarzy. Environmental protection measures are discussed <br />throughout the State Plan. <br />VI. CEI2TIFICATIODTS At3J PERMITS <br />The following clearance and or pezmits have been obtained fran the <br />State of Colorado and other agencies: <br />MIDIICIG AND RECIā¢AMA'I'ION PERMIT - No. 77-211, State of Colorado, <br />Mined Land Reclamation. <br />EXPLOSIVES PERMIT (U.SE, PCIRCF~SE, STORAGE AND TFANSPORTATION) - 1161U, <br />State of Colorado, Division of Iahor. <br />COUNPY ZODTING (GRAt~FATI-BRED) - El Paso County Land Use Department. <br />SPECIAL USE PERNIIT (STOPPL;E YARD) - USIIA, Forest Service, Pike <br />National Forest. <br />It is requested that certification or other approval issued by the <br />State of Colorado or other Federal agencies, or compliance with laws and <br />regulations relating to mining operations, he accepted as canpliance <br />with similar or parallel requirements of 36 CFR 228. <br />VII. BONDING <br />The estimated cost of reclaiming the land and vegetative resources <br />commensurate with the work to be done in this Operating Plan is (Confidential). <br />Bonding in the amount of $220,217.00 for the entire Pikeview LUarry <br />operation has been provided to the State of Colorado Ftined Land Reclanatirn <br />Board for the purpose of restoring the resource to an acceptable and <br />usable condition if provisirns for reclamation of the land as proposed <br />and agreed to in State Permit are not fulfilled. It is requested that <br />the USLI'l, Forest Service, jointly accept this bonding as it may specifically <br />relate to the North and South Pl~~cess with the State of Oolorado to <br />fulfill the bonding recuirenents of this Operating Plan. <br />VIII. CCNFIDENfIAL INFORMATION <br />Except as provided herein, all information and data sthmitted shall <br />be available far examination by the public at the office of the Pikes <br />Peak District Ranger in accordance with the provisions of 7 CFR 1.1-1.6 <br />and 36 CFR 200.5 - 200.10. Except, as specifically idaitified ronfidential <br />information concerning nature, depth and thic~ess of deposits and <br />reclamation costs and bonding identifed in Part II and III of this <br />Operatinn Plan and In referenced E~d~ibits of the State Plan. <br />Pace 4 of 6 <br />
