XI. Soil Resources - Rules 2.04.9, 2.05.3(5), 2.05.4(2)(d) and 4.06 The specific findings required under this section which were made in the February, 1988 Findings Document (Renewal) have not been modified by the proposed revision and those findings remain applicable. The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XII. Vegetation - Rules 2.04.10, 2.05.4(2)(e>, 4.15 and 4.18.4(1) With the exception of the seed mix, the specific findings required under this section which were made in the February, 1988 Findings Document (Renewal) have not been modified by the proposed revision and those findings remain applicable. Technical Revision 21 changed the seed mix and was approved by the Division on December 4, 1990. The approved seed mixes are located in Tables 11, 12 and 13 in the proposed Permit Revision. The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XIII. Fish and Wildlife - Rules 2.04.11, 2.05.6(2) and 4.18 The specific findings required under this section which were made in the February, 1988 Findings Document (Renewal) have not been modified by the proposed revision and those findings remain applicable. The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XIV. Prime Farmland - Rules 2.04.12, 2.06.6 and 4.25 The specific findings required under this section which were made in the February, 1988 Findings Document (Renewal) have not been modified by the proposed revision and those findings remain applicable. The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. XV. Operations Description - Rules 2.05.2, 2.05.3(2) and 4.01 Mine operations have ceased and only reclamation activities are proposed by this permit revision. The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. -10-
